Terms & Conditions 8 Win – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Betting Platform

1General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player" or "Member") and 8 Win ("Platform", "we", or "us") governing your use of the website, services, and all products offered under the 8 Win brand.

The 8 Win platform provides online entertainment and wagering services, including but not limited to Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, roulette, lottery, and virtual sports. All services are subject to the Terms & Conditions set out in this document, as well as any additional policies published on the platform from time to time.

8 Win reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest applicable version.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the 8 Win platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Is legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
• Not appearing on any list of individuals prohibited by 8 Win or any relevant authority.
• Acting in your own personal capacity and not as a representative or agent of any third party.
• Understanding that online betting carries financial risk.

Registering for an 8 Win account is free. You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, email address, and a valid phone number. 8 Win reserves the right to verify your identity at any time through the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

Documents that may be requested for KYC verification include a copy of a valid Malaysian MyKad or passport, a recent bank statement or utility bill as proof of address, and any additional documents deemed necessary by 8 Win.

3Account Policy

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account on the 8 Win platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts, along with the forfeiture of any remaining balances and winnings.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 8 Win will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact 8 Win's customer support team immediately.

• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other party.
• The use of automation software, bots, or scripts to access the platform is prohibited.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of RM5 after that period.
• 8 Win reserves the right to suspend any account for investigation at any time where there are signs of suspicious activity.

4Deposits & Payments

8 Win accepts deposits via a wide range of payment methods popular among Malaysian users. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

8 Win accepts the following deposit methods:

• eWallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow
• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect, and other listed Malaysian banks

You may only deposit funds from a financial account registered in your own name. 8 Win reserves the right to decline deposits originating from unidentified sources or those suspected of being linked to unlawful activity. Any attempt to deposit funds through unauthorised means may result in account closure and referral to the relevant authorities.

5Fund Withdrawal

Players may withdraw funds from their 8 Win account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a bank account registered in your name.
• Any active bonus carries a minimum wagering requirement that must be met before withdrawals are permitted.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• eWallet (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay): 15 to 30 minutes
• DuitNow: 15 to 60 minutes
• FPX / Bank Transfer: 1 to 4 business hours

8 Win reserves the right to request additional documents before approving a withdrawal, for verification and compliance purposes. Submitted withdrawal requests may not be cancelled except under specific circumstances approved by 8 Win management.

6Bonus & Promotions

8 Win offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms set for each promotion.

General terms applicable to all 8 Win bonuses:

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new player.
• The wagering requirement for bonuses is typically between 15x to 30x bonus value depends on the promotion type.
• Bonuses must be used within the specified validity period. Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.
• 8 Win reserves the right to void bonuses if there is evidence of misuse or fraud.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash unless the wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Players found using multiple accounts to claim bonuses will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts closed.

7Game Rules

All games offered on the 8 Win platform — including Sports Betting on football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga), badminton, e-sports, Live Casino, slots, roulette, lottery, and virtual sports — are subject to their respective game rules as published on the platform.

• All game results are final and binding. Results may not be disputed unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, 8 Win reserves the right to void or suspend the round in question and return the original stake to the player.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Odds for Sports Betting are subject to change until a bet is confirmed by the system.
• 8 Win reserves the right to void winnings obtained through exploitation of system errors, software bugs, or violations of minimum/maximum betting limits.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 8 Win platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering more than one account or using a false or borrowed identity.
• Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Use of automation software, bots, scrapers, or any unauthorised third-party tools.
• Any attempt to hack, damage, or disrupt the security systems of the 8 Win platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the bonus system (bonus abuse).
• Placing opposing bets (arbitrage betting) for the purpose of generating risk-free profit.
• Using payment methods that are unauthorised or not registered in your own name.
• Any form of threats, harassment, or abusive language directed at staff or other players.

9Account Closure

Players may close their 8 Win account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Prior to closure, all active bonus wagering requirements and any pending transactions must be settled first.

8 Win reserves the right to close or suspend any player's account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision under these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmation that a player is under 18 years of age.
• Confirmed fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• Requests from relevant authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• Business or operational reasons deemed necessary by 8 Win management.

In the event of account closure at the player's own request (not due to a violation), any valid remaining balance will be returned to the player via the original payment method within 3 to 7 business days.

10Liability Limits

8 Win provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, 8 Win makes no express or implied warranties regarding the suitability, merchantability, or accuracy of the services provided.

• 8 Win is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• Players acknowledge that betting carries financial risk, and 8 Win is not responsible for any financial losses incurred.
• 8 Win does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption or entirely free from technical errors.
• 8 Win's maximum liability to any player under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11Data Privacy

8 Win takes the protection of players' personal data seriously and complies with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Any personal information you provide is used solely for account management, transaction processing, and identity verification.

By using the 8 Win platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy page. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@8win-bangla.com.

12Amendments to Terms

8 Win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Players will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or a notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in urgent circumstances requiring immediate action.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms & Conditions.
